Dziecięco-Młodzieżowy Zespół Ludowy KODERKI powstał w 1960 roku w Łowiczu – mieście położonym na nizinie środkowo-mazowieckiej. Łowicz jest stolicą Księstwa Łowickiego – rolniczej krainy słynącej z zabytków, historii i bogactwa własnej, odrębnej i wciąż żywej sztuki ludowej.
Zespół prezentuje zwyczaje ludowe: „Gaik”, „Chodzenie z kogutkiem” w pięknej i kolorowej oprawie oryginalnych strojów łowickich a także suity łowickie. Prezentowane układy taneczne są pełne dynamizmu i temperamentu, a zarazem bardzo wdzięczne w wykonaniu dzieci. Ostatnim wzbogaconym dorobkiem programowym jest suita krakowska (stroje krakowskie) z historycznym lajkonikiem i suita śląska. W programie tańce Beskidu Żywieckiego.
