Grono Pań musi liczyć co najmniej 10 osób z danej wsi. Status może też zakładać, że członkinie pochodzą z kilku miejscowości. Istniejące koła powinny dostosować statut do nowych wymogów i w ciągu 6 miesięcy od wejścia w życie ustawy złożyć wniosek. Mogą liczyć na dotacje celowe – mówiła w audycji Dzień Dobry Kaszuby Izabela Itrich-Hopa z pomorskiego ARiMR. A także działalność związaną z aktywizacją kobiet i rozwojem kultury ludowej i lokalnej. Do nowych obowiązków Kół należeć będzie księgowość i konieczność informowania ARiMRu o składzie osobowym. Do Krajowego Rejestru Kół Gospodyń Wiejskich należy się zapisać jeszcze w tym tygodniu. Do 27 grudnia można się ubiegać o jednorazowe dotacje celowe.
