„Jem jô rëbòk” – o tradycyjnym rybołówstwie na Kaszubach
„Jem jô rëbôk – Rybołówstwo na Kaszubach – tradycja i współczesność”. Książka porusza zagadnienia dotyczące rybołówstwa dawniej i dziś – narzędzi, sprzętów, technik połowu, zwyczajów związanych z ich używaniem, organizacji połowów i kultury społecznej rybaków, życia rybaków i ich rodzin, niematerialnego dziedzictwa kulturowego rybaków i praktyk związanych z rybactwem oraz kuchni rybackiej.
Zachodzące zmiany w postaci nowych technologii oraz przepisów i subwencji powodują, że dawne rybołówstwo zanika, a wraz z nim kultura rybaków będąca częścią tożsamości kaszubskiej i pomorskiej. Jest to część procesu modernizacji, jednak niektóre elementy mogą pozostać jako element wzbogacający ofertę turystyczną i wzmacniający regionalną tożsamość. Stąd też powstała publikacja dokumentująca dziedzictwo kulturowe rybaków – zarówno materialne (sprzęty, narzędzia) jak i niematerialne (wiedza ludowa, tradycje, kulinaria). Publikacja jest oparta na zrealizowanych terenowych badaniach etnograficznych, a także na kwerendach i badaniach archiwalnych w pomorskich archiwach i muzeach.
Autorzy: Anna Kwaśniewska, Mateusz Konkel, Mirosław Kuklik, Krzysztof Zamościński. Wydawca: Kaszubski Uniwersytet Ludowy.
Publikacja powstała na zlecenie Lokalnej Grupy Rybackiej Kaszuby oraz Północnokaszubskiej Lokalnej Grupy Rybackiej, w ramach projektu opracowania i druku publikacji oraz folderu dotyczącego bogatej kultury materialnej i społecznej oraz unikalnego niematerialnego dziedzictwa kulturowego obszaru LGR Kaszuby oraz Północnokaszubskiej LGR, współfinansowanego przez Unię Europejską ze środków finansowych Europejskiego Funduszu Rybackiego zapewniającą inwestycje w zrównoważone rybołówstwo.
