Na wigilijnym stole nie może zabraknąć śledzi, karpia czy łososia. Jaką rybę kupić i jak wybrać dobrą? Kontrola Inspekcji Handlowej przeprowadzona na zlecenie Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów wykryła, że w sklepach jest pełno nieprawidłowości.
– Najgorzej wypadły ryby mrożone, zwłaszcza te w glazurze, czyli otoczce z lodu, mówi Grzegorz Sobczyński z Departamentu Inspekcji Handlowej UOKiK.
Kontrolerzy dopatrzyli się ich w ponad 70 procentach sklepów i hurtowni. Najwięcej zastrzeżeń mieli do ryb mrożonych od zażółceń, przez pozostawione płetwy po produkty przeterminowane. Świeżą rybę poznamy po jednolitej sprężystej skórze, podkreśla Renata Jezierska, z mazowieckiej wojewódzkiej Inspekcji Handlowej UOKiK. Sprzedawane ryby powinny być też odpowiednio oznakowane. Powinniśmy otrzymać informację dotycząca obszaru połowu, metody produkcji, data minimalnej trwałości w stosownych przypadkach, rodzaju ryby i jej gatunku. W razie wątpliwości należy skontaktować się z Inspekcją Handlową.
