II Pojedynek kulinarny w Jastrzębiej Górze – 12 maja
Wydarzenie odbędzie się 12 maja (wtorek) br., o godz.17:30 w restauracji Papaj w Ośrodku Wypoczynkowym WITA, przy ul. Kaszubskiej 3 w Jastrzębiej Górze.
Zrzeszenie Kaszubsko-Pomorskie po raz drugi organizuje pojedynek kulinarny oddziałów ZKP! Tym razem miłośników kaszubskiej kuchni ugoszczą zwyciężczynie I regionalnej bitwy kulinarnej na Kaszubach. Wydarzenie to kontynuacja zeszłorocznej imprezy, podczas której odbyła się promocja publikacji „Książka kucharska. Smaki Kaszub” autorstwa Zyty Górnej, zawierającej przepisy potraw regionalnych.
W szranki o tytuł mistrza kulinarnego Kaszub w Garczu stanęły 3 oddziały ZKP, zwycięską drużyną okazała się grupa z Jastrzębiej Góry. Triumfatorzy zeszłorocznej imprezy będą gospodarzami pojedynku kulinarnego w roku 2015.
W programie imprezy przewidziano pojedynek kulinarny 3 oddziałów ZKP (reprezentujących Kaszuby północne i centralne, czyli Hel, Dębogórze-Kosakowo i Nowa Karczma), gotowanie na żywo i degustację. 3 trzyosobowe drużyny w ciągu 99 minut będą musiały przygotować 3 potrawy: zupę brzadową, ziemniaki w mundurkach ze śledziami oraz drożdżówkę. Smak potraw oraz estetykę podania oceniać będzie Jury. Projekt ma na celu promowanie kultury kaszubskiej, której jednym z najciekawszych przejawów jest tradycyjna sztuka kulinarna.
