Gmina Kosakowo podpisała umowę na przebudowę ulicy Derdowskiego
Przebudowa ulicy Derdowskiego w Kosakowie będzie o 3 mln zł tańsza niż zakładano. Gmina podpisała już umowę z wykonawcą prac.
– To także najkosztowniejsze gminne przedsięwzięcie, obejmuje gruntowną przebudowę dwukilometrowego odcinka wraz ze skrzyżowaniami i ścieżką rowerową – mówi zastępca wójta gminy Kosakowo Marcin Majek.
To jedna z najbardziej wyczekiwanych inwestycji. Derdowskiego będzie alternatywą dla Żeromskiego i Wiejskiej, pozwoli ominąć zakorkowane gdyńskie Pogórze podróżującym w kierunku Gdyni. Cała inwestycja wyceniana była na ponad 12 mln złotych, ostatecznie gmina uzyskała prawie 25 procentową zniżkę. Są też perspektywy na dalsze oszczędności. Ulica Derdowskiego w Kosakowie ma być przejezdna do końca października, planowany termin oddania drogi do użytku to maj przyszłego roku.
