Gęsina coraz częściej gości na naszych stołach
Coraz chętniej raczymy się gęsiną – wynika ze statystyk sprzedaży. Choć nie jest to mięso tak popularne jak kurczak to z pewnością posiada więcej walorów smakowych i jest zdrowsze.
– Gęsinę szczególni powinny jeść osoby odchudzające się – mówi kucharz Tomasz Fierke.
Gęsina zajadamy się najczęściej na św. Marcina – czyli 11 listopada. Tym smacznym mięsem delektowano się już w XVII wieku. Ci którzy gęsinę jedli twierdzą, że jest wyjątkowo smaczna, zasobna w białko, składniki mineralne oraz witaminy. Mięso gęsi posiada niską zawartość tłuszczu i cholesterolu. Świetnie nadaje się do pieczenia i faszerowania. Gęsina choć mało popularna wraca na nasz stół. Już teraz jemy jej trzy razy więcej niż pięć lat temu, ale i tak dużo mniej niż nasi zachodni sąsiedzi, mówi Janusz Bystron, właściciel gospodarstwa hodującego gęsi.
