Czy parafie na Kaszubach przyjmą syryjskich uchodźców?
Niech każda parafia, wspólnota zakonna i sanktuarium w Europie udzieli gościny jednej z rodzin uchodźców z Syrii i Afryki apeluje papież Franciszek. Pomoc mogą udzielić również wspólnoty z Kaszub – mówią proboszczowie z Wiela i Osowa.
– To możliwe, ale bardzo dla nas trudne – komentuje kustosz sanktuarium we Wielu ksiądz Jan Flisikowski.
Doniesienia na temat liczby uchodźców przybywających do Grecji i Węgier wciąż rosną. Według deklaracji polskiego rządu nasz kraj udzieli pomocy 2 tysiącom osób. Uciekają oni z Afryki i Syrii przed wojną i głodem. Wczoraj na placu świętego Piotra w Watykanie papież Franciszek apelował do parafii w Europie o miłosierdzie i przyjęcie uchodźców. Pierwszą na Pomorzu uchwałę o pomocy uchodźcom podjęli już radni z Gdańska oferując im mieszkania komunalne. – To nie tylko problem rządu, ale też naszego sumienia – uważa przewodniczący komisji nauki, edukacji i kultury w sejmiku województwa pomorskiego Dariusz Męczykowski. Uchodźcy do Polski mają przyjeżdżać w grupach od kilkunastu do 150 osób przez najbliższe 2 lata. Pochodzą głównie z Syrii i Erytrei. (www.wiadomosci.onet.pl)
