Cudzoziemcy pracowali nielegalnie w agencji zatrudnienia w Gdyni
Przeszło pól tysiąca cudzoziemców pracowało nielegalnie w agencji zatrudnienia w Gdyni. Tamtejsza Straż Graniczna zakończyła półroczną kontrolę.
Agencję w formie spółki komandytowej prowadziło dwóch obywateli Białorusi. Zatrudniali i kierowali cudzoziemców do pracy tymczasowej w województwach: pomorskim i kujawsko – pomorskim, głównie do pracy przy rozbiórce mięsa i patroszeniu ryb. Straż Graniczna zweryfikowała ponad 2 tysiące dokumentów i ustaliła że w spółce pracę wykonywało ponad tysiąc cudzoziemców, z czego prawie połowa nielegalnie. 571 osób – głównie obywatele Ukrainy i Mołdawii – pracowali bez zezwoleń i umów. Dodatkowo sama agencja od sierpnia działała bez wymaganego wpisu do rejestru, za co grozi do stu tysięcy złotych grzywny. Sprawa zakończy się w sądzie.
Wykroczenia cudzoziemców podlegają karze grzywny w wysokości co najmniej 1 tys. zł. Powierzający nielegalne wykonywanie pracy może zapłacić do 30 tys zł.
