Kościerzyna-Karsin-Czersk. Kiedy linia kolejowa?
O przywrócenie połączeń na linii kolejowej Kościerzyna-Karsin-Czersk apelują ponownie samorządy z południa Kaszub. List w tej sprawie do marszałka województwa pomorskiego wysyłają dzisiaj wójtowie wszystkich gmin z powiatu kościerskiego.
– Ostatni apel związany jest z planowanym w tym roku uruchomieniem Pomorskiej Kolei Metropolitalnej – mówi wójt Karsina Roman Brunke.
Starania o wznowienie połączenia na tym odcinku trwają już od kilku lat. Kursowanie pociągów decyzją marszałka województwa zawieszono w grudniu 2012 roku. Przyczyną była zbyt mała liczba pasażerów, a do przejazdów województwo miało dokładać rocznie ponad 2 mln złotych. Tym wyliczeniom i zamknięciu linii sprzeciwiły się lokalne samorządy, które wciąż organizują w tej sprawie spotkania z przedstawicielami Urzędu Marszałkowskiego.
Pomorska Kolej Metropolitalna, która ma być uruchomiona jesienią tego roku, ma usprawnić połączenie Gdańska z resztą Kaszub. Tą trasą – z Czerska do Kościerzyny, a stąd do Trójmiasta mogliby podróżować mieszkańcy do pracy a także uczniowie do szkół. – Stąd niezbędne jest również dobre ułożenie rozkładów jazdy – dodaje wójt Roman Brunke. Pismo ma trafić do marszałka województwa jeszcze dzisiaj.
