Chcą by Trybunał Konstytucyjny przyjrzał się rozporządzeniu płacowemu
Radni Miasta Pucka chcą by Trybunał Konstytucyjny przyjrzał się tzw. rozporządzeniu płacowemu. Chodzi o przepisy obniżające pensje samorządowców.
Rada Ministrów przyjęła je w maju po skandalu z premiami dla członków rządu. W Pucku postanowiono zabrać głos w tej sprawie po obniżeniu pensji burmistrza. Radni Miasta Pucka uchwałę przyjęli na grudniowej, trzeciej sesji tej kadencji. Chcą by Trybunał Konstytucyjny zbadał zgodność rozporządzenia z obowiązującymi przepisami i czy dotrzymano wszystkich procedur.
Do zajęcia stanowiska w sprawie tzw. rozporządzenia płacowego radnych z Pucka zainspirowała inicjatywa Związku Miast Polskich. W listopadzie podobną uchwałę przyjęła już Rada Miasta Gliwice.
