Nowy budynek komunalny powstanie we Władysławowie
We Władysławowie powstanie budynek komunalny na 33 mieszkania. Gmina kończy przetarg na jego budowę. To pierwsze od kilku lat lokale komunalne, które powstaną w mieście. Ostatnich 19 oddano do użytku w 2013 roku.
– Zapotrzebowanie na mieszkania komunalne jest niezmiennie bardzo duże – mówi zastępca burmistrza Władysławowa Kamil Pach.
Nowy budynek będzie się mieścił przy ulicy Krasickiego. Jedną trzecią kosztu budowy pokryje dofinansowanie z Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego. – Resztę gmina musi znaleźć we własnym budżecie – wyjaśnia Wiesława Karczewska z Urzędu Miasta Władysławowa. Budowa nowego budynku komunalnego we Władysławowie ma być rozpoczęta w najbliższych tygodniach. Potrwa najpóźniej do końca przyszłego roku.
