Bezrobocie nadal spada – teraz to pracownicy dyktują warunki
Bezrobocie nadal systematycznie spada. Teraz pracownicy dyktują warunki. W maju stopa bezrobocia w województwie pomorskim wyniosła 6,3 procent – czyli o prawie dwa punkty procentowe niż rok temu.
– Tendencja się utrzymuje. Wiele osób wyjeżdża za granicę w poszukiwaniu lepszego życia, ale coraz więcej możliwości mają też osoby myślące o założeniu firmy czy znalezieniu nowej pracy – mówiła dziś w audycji Dzień Dobry Kaszuby Lidia Metel z Gdańskiego Urzędu Pracy.
Zmniejszająca się wciąż stopa bezrobocia oznacza, że rynek pracy jest rynkiem pracownika i można przebierać w ofertach.
