Bezpłatnie badania pod kątem zakażenia wirusem HCV
Mieszkańcy powiatu kartuskiego mogą bezpłatnie przebadać się pod kątem zakażenia wirusem HCV. Wirus ten wywołuje zapalenie wątroby typu C, co prowadzi do jej uszkodzenia oraz u niektórych chorych do marskości i raka wątroby.
– Badania można wykonać punktach w Kartuzach i Żukowie – mówi Aleksandra Kuczkowska z kartuskiego starostwa.
Choroba przez wiele lat może nie dawać objawów. Badanie można wykonać w punktach pobrań w Kartuzach przy ulicy Kościuszki 12 oraz w Żukowie przy Sienkiewicza 14. Będą wykonywane do 15 grudnia tego roku oraz przez prawie cały przyszły rok – od 2 stycznia do 14 grudnia.
