Bezpłatne elektrofiltry i paliwo czekają na chętnych w Rumi
W Rumi mieszkańcy miasta mogą zgłaszać się do bezpłatnego, pilotażowego programu gdańskiego Instytutu Maszyn Przepływowych PAN. Chodzi o montaż elektrofiltrów kominowych tam, gdzie do pieców ręcznie podaje się paliwo stałe.
Do urządzenia będzie dołączony zapas paliwa – np. węgla czy ekogroszku o wartości pół tysiąca złotych. Naukowcy chcą potwierdzić skuteczność testowanych urządzeń oraz ograniczyć zapylenie powietrza. Według autorów pilotażu ich elektrofiltry w wielu przypadkach pozwalają starszym kotłom osiągnięcie parametrów emisji zanieczyszczeń porównywalnych z najnowszymi kotłami. Oznacza to, że właściciele domów ogrzewanych węglem będą w stanie spełnić wymogi samorządowych uchwał antysmogowych bez konieczności zmiany paliwa czy wymiany pieca. Po zakończeniu pilotażu zamontowane w kominach elektrofiltry będzie można zatrzymać. Program będzie realizowany od października do maja przyszłego roku. Deklaracje można składać w Urzędzie Miasta Rumi do 21 września.
