Będą podwyżki w starostwie powiatowym w Kościerzynie
Optymistycznie zapowiada się rok 2018 w starostwie i jednostkach powiatowych w Kościerzynie. Po wielu „chudych latach” radni wraz ze starostą zapowiedzieli urzędnikom podwyżki płac.
– Poprawiająca się sytuacja pozwoli na urealnienie płac – zapowiada kościerska starosta Alicja Żurawska.
To efekt poprawiającej się sytuacji finansowej powiatu. W tym roku zakończono realizację trzyletniego Programu Postępowania Naprawczego. Dzięki oszczędnościom obniżono zadłużenie samorządu z 40 mln do 28 mln złotych. Niższe diety od 3 lat otrzymywali również powiatowi radni. Na ostatniej sesji zdecydowano o podwyższeniu stawek: o 300 zł dla radnego i o 500 zł dla przewodniczącego Rady Powiatu. Jednogłośnie zdecydowano też o podwyższeniu wynagrodzenia starosty, które wzrośnie do 12 tysięcy złotych brutto.
