Będą mogli ponownie składać oświadczenia zamiast wniosków
Rolnicy będą mogli ponownie składać oświadczenia zamiast wniosków o przyznanie płatności bezpośrednich czy obszarowych. Pozwalający na to projekt zmian w ustawie przyjęła Rada Ministrów.
Rozwiązanie to dotyczy rolników, którzy nie dokonują zmian w porównaniu do wniosku z roku poprzedniego. Jak informuje Ministerstwo Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi oświadczenia zamiast wniosków o przyznanie płatności mają szczególnie składać rolnicy, którzy w ubiegłym roku wnioskowali wyłącznie o jednolitą płatność obszarową, za zazielenienie, płatność dodatkową, związaną do powierzchni uprawy chmielu, do owiec, do kóz lub płatność niezwiązaną do tytoniu, a powierzchnia gruntów ornych zawarta we wniosku złożonym w 2018 roku wynosiła mniej niż 10 ha. Rolnicy będą mogli składać oświadczenia od 15 lutego do 14 marca.
