Zmiany w gdyńskiej oświacie
W gdyńskich szkołach od września będą nowe zasady zatrudniania pracowników. Podpisano porozumienie w tej sprawie, regulujące m.in. wymagania kwalifikacyjne, stawki wynagrodzeń oraz normy zatrudnienia.
Prace nad regulacjami trwały rok, mają być odpowiedzią władz miasta na oczekiwania pracowników administracji oświatowej. To „Ponadzakładowy układ zbiorowy pracy dla pracowników niebędących nauczycielami, zatrudnionych w szkołach i placówkach oświatowo-wychowawczych, prowadzonych przez miasto Gdynia”. Dokument systematyzuje m.in. tabele stanowisk, zaszeregowań, minimalnych norm pracy, miesięcznych stawek wynagrodzenia zasadniczego i dodatku funkcyjnego. Nowe zasady obejmą ponad dwa tysiące osób i zaczną obowiązywać 1 września. Na realizację regulacji płacowych miasto przeznaczy 8 mln zł.
