Muzeum Emigracji w Gdyni wystawiło prace ze Strefy Gdynia na tegorocznym Open’er Festiwal
Ich prace zrobiły furorę podczas tegorocznego Open’era, dlatego Muzeum Emigracji w Gdyni utworzyło z nich wystawę tymczasową.
Chodzi o twórczość artystów zaproszonych przez placówkę do Strefy Gdynia na tegorocznym festiwalu.
– Zachęceni odbiorem publiczności i trwającym zainteresowaniem udostępniliśmy je u nas – mówi Weronika Cymer z Muzeum Emigracji w Gdyni.
Pierwsza z nich to instalacja Forever Immigrant składająca się ze stempli – bo jedna pieczątka urzędnika decyduje o losie człowieka, a skala współczesnych emigracji oraz próba ich kontroli mają wpływ na przyszłość milionów osób. Z festiwalowej Strefy Gdynia w mury Muzeum przeniesiono też pracę Floriana Tuercke, niemieckiego artysty tworzącego dźwiękowe portrety miast. Oba dzieła można oglądać do końca września w Magazynie Tranzytowym w Muzeum Emigracji w Gdyni.
