Restrukturyzacja małych gospodarstw – można składać wnioski
Można już składać wnioski o przyznanie wsparcia na „Restrukturyzację małych gospodarstw”. Jak poinformowała Agencja Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa w tegorocznym naborze złagodzono niektóre kryteria, by umożliwić większej liczbie rolników skorzystanie z premii.
Chodzi o skrócenie okresu podlegania ubezpieczeniu społecznemu rolników. Wystarczy by rolnik był ubezpieczony w pełnym zakresie, nieprzerwanie, przez co najmniej 2 miesiące poprzedzające miesiąc złożenia wniosku o przyznanie pomocy oraz by przez rok przed złożeniem wniosku nie prowadził działalności potwierdzonej wpisem do Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej. Bez zmian pozostały inne kryteria, np. minimalna powierzchnia gospodarstwa to 1 ha czy wielkość ekonomiczna mniejsza niż 10 tys. euro. Wsparcie na „Restrukturyzacje małych gospodarstw” ma charakter bezzwrotnej premii w wysokości 60 tys. zł wypłacanej w dwóch etapach. 80 procent po wydaniu decyzji, a resztę po zrealizowaniu biznesplanu. Wysokość wydatków na inwestycje w środki trwałe musi wynieść co najmniej 80 proc. kwoty pomocy. Nabór wniosków w ARiMR potrwa do 17 lipca.
