W Gminach Wejherowo i Choczewo wymieniają lampy na ledowe – dla oszczędzania energii i zmniejszenia rachunków za prąd.
– Zaplanowano też montaż 26 zegarów astronomicznych, 26 liczników czasu pracy we wszystkich szafkach oświetleniowych oraz montaż wysięgników – mówi zastępca wójta gminy Wejherowo Maciej Milewski.
Oświetlenie parkowe z zaprogramowanym ograniczeniem mocy obejmie prawie 800 punktów świetlnych. W gminie Wejherowo szacują, że dzięki wymianie lamp zużycie energii spadnie o 67 procent. W gminie Choczewo ma to być nieco więcej, bo 71 procent.
