W szpitalu w Pucku ma powstać nowy blok operacyjny – zapowiedziano na spotkaniu władz powiatu, lecznicy i pomorskiego oddziału NFZ. Do jesieni ma powstać potrzebna dokumentacja.
Nowy blok operacyjny ma pomieścić 4 sale operacyjne i sterylizatornię. – Obecny nie spełnia wymogów tzw. ustawy kaloryferowej – mówi Danuta Ceszke, prezes puckiego szpitala. Dodaje pucki starosta, Jarosław Białk. Zmiany są konieczne by oddział nie został zamknięty. Jak stwierdziła dyrektor pomorskiego oddziału NFZ Elżbieta Rucińska-Kulesz – wzorcowa współpraca puckiego starostwa powiatowego ze szpitalem napawa optymizmem. Będzie to kolejny etap modernizacji puckiego szpitala. Starostwo powiatowe ubiega się już o dofinansowanie przebudowy oddziałów: chirurgicznego i ginekologiczno-położniczego oraz zagospodarowania terenów wokół lecznicy. Dobiega też końca budowa łącznika z windami – oddanie ich do użytku zaplanowano przed wakacjami.
