Przedsiębiorcy z powiatu puckiego spotkają się w Rekowie Górnym
Jak być pożądanym pracodawcą na rynku pracy – będą dziś dyskutować w Rekowie Górnym w powiecie puckim. Będzie to pierwsze spotkanie z cyklu „Puckie Czwartki z Biznesem”.
Organizatorem są „Pracodawcy Pomorza”, największa i najstarsza organizacja pracodawców działająca w naszym województwie. Czwartkowe spotkania mają charakter lokalny. Ich walorem jest m.in. możliwość zawarcia nowych kontaktów z kontrahentami. Na inaugurację wybrano temat związany z niskim bezrobociem i sytuacją gdy szukający pracy mogą przebierać w ofertach. Na pytanie „Jak być pożądanym pracodawcą na rynku pracy dziś i jutro” będzie odpowiadać dwoje prelegentów. Hanna Czapp – Z-ca Dyrektora Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Pucku, doświadczony doradca zawodowy, organizator dokształcania i doskonalenia zawodowego. Swoim doświadczeniem podzieli się też Tomasz Nalewajko – Prezes Zarządu spółki Human Focus specjalizujący się w pozyskiwaniu kadry zarządzającej i specjalistów oraz doradca biznesowy m.in. w zakresie doboru i rozwoju pracowników. Pierwszy „Pucki Czwartek z Biznesem” odbędzie się dziś o 17:00 w Rekowie Górnym – w Hotelu Wieniawa. Zarejestrować się można na stronie internetowej „Pracodawców Pomorza”.
