Prawie 250 tys. papierosów bez polskiej akcyzy znalazła Straż Graniczna z Gdyni na posesji w powiecie kartuskim.
Funkcjonariusze gdyńskiej placówki sprawdzali informację o nielegalnym towarze przechowywanym w jednym z garaży. Na miejscu przyłapali 46-latka. Kierowca fiata ducato przenosił właśnie kartony do samochodu. W aucie i garażu znaleziono papierosy różnych marek bez polskich znaków akcyzy. Ich wartość szacuje się na ponad 171 tys zł. Kierowca pojazdu, mieszkaniec powiatu kartuskiego, przyznał się do przechowywania towaru. 46-latek będzie odpowiadał za naruszenie kodeksu karnego skarbowego.
