Jak zwiększyć spożycie mięsa wołowego na Pomorzu i w Polsce?
Chcą sprawić, by do 2021 roku w Polsce i na Pomorzu dwukrotnie wzrosło spożycie wołowiny – producenci bydła mięsnego spotkali się w Lubaniu, by rozmawiać o poprawie i rozwoju swojej hodowli.
– To poprawi jakość naszych produktów i pomoże w lepszej sprzedaży – przekonywał Jacek Zarzecki, prezes Związku.
Szkolenie już po raz czwarty zorganizował Polski Związek Hodowców i Producentów Bydła Mięsnego. Poświęcone było przede wszystkim profilaktyce weterynaryjnej i ekonomice produkcji. W Lubaniu dyskutowano również o formach unijnego wsparcia produkcji bydła oraz pozyskaniu certyfikatów. – Z takiej możliwości już skorzystał Zbigniew Klawikowski z Tuchlinka. W szkoleniu wzięło udział ponad stu hodowców bydła z województwa pomorskiego. Zostało ono sfinansowane z Funduszu Promocji Mięsa Wołowego.
