We Władysławowie mają powstać estetyczne obiekty usługowe
We Władysławowie dziś spotkanie informacyjne dla chcących zainwestować w usługi gastronomiczne przy ulicy Hryniewieckiego.
– Gmina zmodernizuje ulicę przy okazji budowy kanalizacji deszczowej. – Chcemy też ujednolicić wygląd obiektów usługowych – mówi burmistrz Roman Kużel.
Gmina odda w dzierżawę część nieruchomości na 12 lat, stawia jednak rygorystyczne warunki. Hryniewieckiego we Władysławowie ciągnie się wzdłuż plaży, to miejsce oblegane przez turystów. Według gminnego projektu przy Hryniewieckiego mają stanąć modułowe obiekty o konstrukcji stalowej bądź z drewna. Przetarg odbędzie się 12 lutego, wcześniej jednak trzeba wpłacić wadium. Spotkanie informacyjne rozpocznie się o 11:00 w Urzędzie Miejskim we Władysławowie.
