Gmina Kartuzy przygotowuje się do rekultywacji jezior
Rekultywacja kartuskich jezior coraz bliżej. Gmina Kartuzy przygotowuje dokumentację przetargową w tej sprawie, a oczyszczanie ma kosztować niemało – ponad 13 mln zł.
– Dzięki temu zanieczyszczona deszczówka nie będzie wpływać do jeziora – mówi burmistrz Grzegorz Gołuński.
Program rekultywacji kartuskich jezior przewiduje szereg działań podzielonych na cztery etapy. Pierwszym z nich jest eliminacja punktowych obszarowych źródeł zanieczyszczeń kartuskich akwenów. W mieście powstaną nowe ciągi kanalizacyjne oraz zbiorniki oczyszczające wody opadowe. Kolejne przewidziane w programie to eliminacja osadów dennych, strącenie fosforu z toni wodnej i biomanipulacja jezior – dodaje burmistrz Gołuński. Temat oczyszczenia kartuskich jezior trwa już kilkanaście lat. Dotychczasowe sposoby zawodziły, jednak najnowszy pomysł zostanie zrealizowany z największym jak dotychczas rozmachem.
