Przełom w sprawie spalarni odpadów w Gdańsku
Przełom w sprawie spalarni odpadów w Gdańsku. Jest pozytywna opinia odnośnie unijnego dofinansowania, sąd potwierdził wynik przetargu, a chętnych do współpracy jest 31 gmin. Spalarnia ma powstać terenie Zakładu Utylizacyjnego w Gdańsku, będzie przetwarzała do 160 tys. ton odpadów wysokoenergetycznych rocznie.
Ten rok ma być poświęcony na projektowanie, budowę przewidziano na lata 2019 – 2020. Koszt oszacowano na 440 mln zł. Zakład Utylizacyjny wystąpił o unijne wsparcie w wysokości 68 proc. wartości inwestycji, wniosek uzyskał pozytywną ocenę Narodowego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej. Pomogły w tym deklaracje gmin o wysyłaniu odpadów do spalarni – uchwały w tej sprawie podjęło już 31 samorządów. Budowę spalarni w Gdańsku przybliża też wyrok Sądu Okręgowego w Gdańsku. Odrzucono w nim skargę niemieckiego koncertu EEW na wyrok Krajowej Izby Odwoławczej utrzymując w mocy wybór włosko-francuskiego konsorcjum na wykonawcę inwestycji. Zakład Utylizacyjny będzie mógł podpisać z nim umowę po kontroli Urzędu Zamówień Publicznych. Jest ona wymagana dla inwestycji o wartości powyżej 20 mln euro dofinansowywanych z funduszy europejskich.
