Mianem „historycznego” określa się budżet gminy Kartuzy na 2018 rok. Po raz pierwszy w historii przekroczył 200 mln zł, z czego na same inwestycje przypadnie ponad 60 mln zł. Dochody planowane są na 180 mln zł, zaś wydatki na 218 mln.
– Różnica wynika z unijnych inwestycji, gdzie najpierw trzeba środki wyłożyć by potem je odzyskać – informuje burmistrz Grzegorz Gołuński.
Część deficytu zostanie pokryta z nadwyżki budżetowej. Najważniejsze inwestycje w tym roku w gminie Kartuzy to dokończenie budowy węzła integracyjnego wraz z dworcem i parkingami, rozbudowanie Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2, remonty dróg oraz rewitalizacja śródmieścia.
