Nośmy odblaski przez cały rok – przypomina kartuska policja
Nie kierowcy, ale piesi są na celowniku policji. Kartuska policja rozmawia dziś z pieszymi o noszeniu odblasków. Od 3 lat obowiązkowo, po zmroku nosić je musi każdy pieszy, ale tylko poza terenem zabudowanym.

Warto jednak nosić je zawsze i także w terenie zabudowanym. Jeśli kierowca wcześniej zauważy na drodze pieszego, będzie miał więcej czasu na reakcję. Warto przypomnieć, że brak elementu odblaskowego w miejscu gdzie jest wymagany, może skutkować mandatem od 20 do 500 zł.
