Koniec z paleniem śmieci w przydomowych piecach
Badaniem próbek popiołu w przypadkach podejrzenia o paleniu śmieci w przydomowej kotłowni – chcą walczyć z tym procederem w Kartuzach, Rumi, a także Kolbudach, Pruszczu Gdańskim i Kwidzynie.
Tamtejsi strażnicy miejscy przeszli już szkolenie Centralnego Laboratorium Pomiarowo – Badawczego w Jastrzębiu Zdroju, gdzie popiół będzie badany. Spalanie odpadów jest prawnie zakazane. – Dotychczas mogliśmy karać w takich przypadkach tylko gdy przyłapaliśmy na gorącym uczynku – wyjaśnia komendant kartuskiej Straży Miejskiej Krzysztof Pawłowski. Teraz dzięki pobraniu próbek mundurowi sprawdzą czym w piecu palono wcześniej. Jeśli badania wykażą, że właściciel nieruchomości spalał w kotłowni odpady, zostanie ukarany mandatem karnym w wysokości do 500 zł.
