Dobiega końca budowa nowego budynku Urzędu Gminy w Karsinie
Po 4 latach starań, ku końcowi zmierza budowa nowego budynku Urzędu Gminy w Karsinie. Trwają prace związane z elewacją obiektu i wykończeniem wnętrz. Urzędnicy do nowych biur mają się przenieść wiosną przyszłego roku.
– Prace idą zgodnie z planem – zapewnia wójt Roman Brunke.
Pierwsze prace przy budowie nowej siedziby rozpoczęły się już w 2013 roku i miały zakończyć rok temu. Jednak po problemach związanych z pierwszym wykonawcą, gmina ponowiła przetarg i tym samym przedłużyła czas realizacji. W tym roku na drugi etap inwestycji przeznaczono ponad 2 mln złotych. W nowym budynku mieszczą się biura dla pracowników Urzędu i sala posiedzeń Rady Gminy. Całkowity koszt inwestycji wyniesie ponad 3 mln złotych.
