ZUS pomoże poszkodowanym przez nawałnice
Przedsiębiorcy poszkodowani w czasie nawałnic w razie problemu z opłacaniem składek powinni zwrócić się do ZUS. Mogą wystąpić o odroczenie terminu płatności składek lub rozłożenie ich na raty.
O ulgę w spłacie należności może ubiegać się każdy przedsiębiorąca, mający chwilowe problemy płatnicze – przypomina Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych. Trzeba przy tym pamiętać, że odroczyć można wyłącznie składki, których termin płatności jeszcze nie upłynął. Stąd wniosek należy złożyć najpóźniej w dniu terminu płatności składki. Warunki spłaty zawsze określane są w umowie i uzależnione od środków, jakie wnioskujący może przeznaczyć na spłatę. Od składek objętych ulgami nie nalicza się odsetek. W zamian pobierana jest opłata prolongacyjna w wysokości 50% stawki odsetek za zwłokę. Wnioski można składać: elektronicznie, pisemnie, ustnie do protokołu lub telefonicznie – za pośrednictwem Centrum Obsługi Telefonicznej. W placówkach ZUS pracują doradcy, którzy przedstawiają najdogodniejsze formy uregulowania zobowiązań, dostosowane do indywidualnej sytuacji i możliwości finansowych. Zadaniem doradców jest również pomoc w zgromadzeniu, przygotowaniu i wypełnieniu niezbędnych dokumentów.
