Minority SafePack ma wzmocnić różnorodność językową Europy
Poprawy sytuacji mniejszości narodowych, etnicznych i językowych oraz wzmocnienia różnorodności językowej w Unii Europejskiej – chcą pomysłodawcy projektu obywatelskiego Minority SafePack. Podpisy zbierane są także na Kaszubach.
W planie jest zebranie miliona podpisów i przekazanie wezwania do stworzenia szeregu ustaw na ogólnoeuropejskie forum. Dlaczego w sposób wyjątkowy traktować mniejszości? Jest nas całe sto milionów w Europie – przekonują twórcy projektu w materiale filmowym w internecie. – Jest nas tak wielu, a jednocześnie nasz głos nie jest słyszalny, a nasze języki zagrożone. Minority SafePack ma zapewnić podmiotowe traktowanie przedstawicieli mniejszości – wyjaśnia Idwin, zaangażowana w obywatelski projekt Fryzyjka, która przyjechała na Kaszuby na Diverstity Festiwal, czyli festiwal różnorodności. Podpisy pod projektem zwiększenia praw małych narodów, takich jak Kaszubi, w całej Europie będzie można złożyć w Helu – w sobotę o godzinie 14:00. Będzie to też okazja do spotkania młodzieży z mniejszości z całego kontynentu.
