Jeszcze w tym miesiącu Chmielno i Zawory połączy chodnik i ścieżka rowerowa.
– Teraz ciąg pieszo – rowerowy budowany jest w kierunku Chmielna, docelowo będzie też można przejechać rowerem wokół jeziora Kłodno – opisuje wójt gminy Chmielno Jerzy Grzegorzewski.
To dokończenie inwestycji sprzed dwóch lat – gdy przebudowano most w Zaworach oraz kilometrowy odcinek drogi w kierunku Chmielonka. Powstała też ścieżka rowerowa, parking i slip do wodowania sprzętu wodnego. Podobnie jak w przypadku modernizacji mostu w Zaworach kosztami budowy ścieżki i chodnika podzieliły się gmina Chmielno i powiat kartuski. Wyniosą one w sumie około 700 tysięcy zł.
