W Kartuzach chcą odciąć odpływ deszczówki do jezior
Gmina Kartuzy pozyskała prawie 8 mln zł na budowę kanalizacji deszczowej w mieście – co może przyczynić się do poprawy stanu tamtejszych jezior.
– By jeziora oczyścić trzeba najpierw odciąć dopływ do nich wód opadowych i roztopowych – mówi burmistrz Kartuz Grzegorz Gołuński.
O potrzebie ratowania Karczemnego, Klasztornego Małego i Dużego oraz Mielenko mówi się od lat. We wszystkich stwierdzono przekroczenie poziomu metali ciężkich i fosforu. By zapobiec zakwitowi sinic w Jeziorze Karczemnym zastosowano tego lata rezonator. Plan zakłada wybudowanie nowych odcinków kanalizacji deszczowej, zbiorników retencyjnych, modernizację przepompowni wód opadowych oraz przebudowę Klasztornej Strugi. Wartość całego projektu to ponad 13 mln zł, dotacja pokryje prawie 60 procent kosztu. Prace mają się zakończyć w 2019 roku.
