Dom Rybaka we Władysławowie wypięknieje
Dom Rybaka we Władysławowie ma być estetyczną i ekologiczną wizytówką miasta. Na jego remont oraz dwóch szkół gmina pozyskała unijne dofinansowanie.
– Zyska na tym szczególnie wygląd Domu Rybaka – mówi burmistrz Władysławowa Roman Kużel.
To 3,5 mln zł na termomodernizację z pomorskiego Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego. Oprócz siedziby Urzędu Miasta remont obejmie szkoły podstawowe: w Jastrzębiej Górze oraz „trójkę” we Władysławowie. W planie jest modernizacja systemu ogrzewania, wentylacji, wykonanie nowych elewacji. Wymiana elewacji to koszt co najmniej 4. mln zł, cała inwestycja szacowana jest na około 8 mln. Nakłady finansowy zwrócą się gminie w ciągu kilku najbliższych lat. Dom Rybaka ma być odświeżony do końca przyszłego roku. Cały projekt obejmujący także dwa budynki władysławowskiej „trójki” i podstawówkę w Jastrzębiej Górze, ma być ukończony do końca 2019 roku.
