Młodzi rolnicy od jutra mogą występować o sto tysięcy złotych premii na start działalności. Kryteria złagodzono w porównaniu z naborem przeprowadzonym w sierpniu i wrześniu ubiegłego roku.
– To kryteria łagodniejsze niż w pierwszym rozdaniu z PROW na lata 2014-20, które nie cieszyło się zbyt dużym zainteresowaniem – wyjaśniała dziś w naszej porannej audycji Agnieszka Krzysiak z Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa.
Nadal podstawowym warunkiem jest wiek poniżej 40 lat i odpowiednie kwalifikacje zawodowe. Preferowane jest wykształcenie rolnicze, za które można pozyskać punkty. W pierwszej kolejności premię dostaną rolnicy, którzy zbiorą tych punktów najwięcej – i znajdą się na szczycie listy rankingowej. Po nowelizacji rozporządzenia z połowy marca zmniejszono jednak limit by się na tej liście znaleźć – z 15 do 12 punktów. Wydłużono też okres, w którym młody rolnik przed złożeniem wniosku mógł stać się właścicielem gospodarstwa– z 12 do 18 miesięcy. Najważniejsza zmiana polega na tym, że wsparcie mogą uzyskać także rolnicy, którzy wystąpili o płatności bezpośrednie. Rozmowy można posłuchać na radiokaszebe.pl. Nabór wniosków o premie dla młodych rolników rozpocznie się 31 marca i potrwa do 29 kwietnia. W tym samym terminie, także w ARiMR, będzie można ubiegać się o wsparcie na modernizację gospodarstw.
