ARiMR uruchamia kolejne działanie z PROW 2014 – 2020, tym razem dla przetwórców z sektora rolno-spożywczego.
Pomoc kierowana jest do mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw działających w sektorze przetwórstwa lub handlu hurtowego produktami rolnymi. W naborze, który odbędzie się od 1 do 30 grudnia, mogą się o nią starać tylko zakłady zajmujące się przetwórstwem rolno-spożywczym oraz przedsiębiorstwa wprowadzające do obrotu artykuły spożywcze – czyli podmioty które mogły ubiegać się o takie wsparcie w poprzedniej perspektywie finansowej.
W kolejnych naborach pomoc skierowana zostanie także do zupełnie nowej grupy beneficjentów. Należą do niej rolnicy, domownicy, małżonkowie rolników podlegający pełnemu ubezpieczeniu i rozpoczynający działalność gospodarczą w zakresie przetwórstwa produktów rolnych. W całym budżecie PROW 2014 – 20 na „Wsparcie inwestycji w przetwarzanie produktów rolnych, obrót nimi i ich rozwój” przeznaczono 693 mln euro. Pomoc będzie rozdzielana w formie refundacji kosztów inwestycji, jej maksymalny poziom wynosi 50 proc., a wysokość wsparcia jest uzależniona od tego kim jest beneficjent. Przedsiębiorstwo zajmujące się przetwarzaniem i wprowadzaniem do obrotu produktów rolnych może pozyskać do 3 mln zł, związek grup producentów lub zrzeszenie organizacji producentów może liczyć nawet na 15 mln zł. W przypadku rolnika, domownika lub małżonka rolnika maksymalna kwota dofinansowania będzie wynosiła 300 tys. zł.
Wnioski o przyznanie pomocy należy składać w oddziałach regionalnym ARiMR, pierwszy nabór ruszy z początkiem grudnia.
