UOKiK wszczął postępowanie w sprawie Volkswagena
UOKiK wszczął postępowanie wyjaśniające dotyczące manipulowania wskaźnikami emisji spalin w samochodach koncernu Volkswagen. Urząd czeka też na sygnały od konsumentów.
– Oczekuje też sygnałów od konsumentów w tej sprawie – na otwartą w tym celu skrzynkę mailową diesel@uokik.gov.pl – wyjaśnia Paweł Ratyński z biuro prasowego UOKiK.
Volkswagen Group Polska potwierdził wprowadzenie na polski rynek około 140 tys. pojazdów z systemem manipulującym poziomem emisji spalin. Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów zbada, czy nie doszło do naruszenia zbiorowych interesów konsumentów. Sprawdzi też, czy konsumenci mogli być wprowadzeni w błąd – czy m. in. materiały reklamowe zawierały informacje dotyczące poziomu emisji tlenku azotu lub szczególnych właściwości w zakresie stopnia emisji spalin. UOKiK będzie też na bieżąco monitorował przebieg wprowadzonych przez przedsiębiorcę działań naprawczych. Istotne będzie, czy nie wpłyną one niekorzystnie na koszty eksploatacji, osiągi samochodów czy emisję spalin. Urząd przygotował też na swojej stronie internetowej porady dla konsumentów posiadających pojazdy z wadliwym systemem emisji spalin.
