Pieszy nawet jeśli jeszcze nie wszedł na pasy będzie mieć pierwszeństwo
Pieszy zarówno na przejściu dla pieszych jak i przed nim będzie mieć bezwzględne pierwszeństwo – to założenia uchwalonej w piątek nowelizacji prawa o ruchu drogowym.
Nowela zakłada, że pieszy, po uprzednim upewnieniu się, będzie mieć pierwszeństwo przed pojazdem z wyjątkiem tramwajów. Nowe przepisy wejdą w życie 1 stycznia 2017 roku. Do tego czasu wprowadzenie nowych zasad ma poprzedzić kampania informacyjna. Z nowelizacji są zadowoleni przede wszystkim piesi. Każdego roku w Polsce w wyniku wypadków drogowych ginie blisko dwustu pieszych. Około tysiąca odnosi obrażenia.
