Pensje pielęgniarek będą wzrastać o 400 zł przez 4 lata
Pensje pielęgniarek będą wzrastać o 400 zł przez 4 kolejne lata. Związki zawodowe porozumiały się w tej sprawie z Ministerstwem Zdrowia. To efekt ostatnich wzmożonych protestów i zapowiedzi akcji strajkowych białego personelu.
– Związkowcy uznają podpisane porozumienie za krok w dobrym kierunku, ale od razu zapowiadają, że to nie kończy ich działań – mówi nam rzecznik Komitetu Obrony Pielęgniarek i Położnych, Ilona Kwiatkowska-Falkowska.
Według przyjętego porozumienia pensje pielęgniarek i położnych wzrosną w ciągu najbliższych 4 lat o 1600 złotych i będą wpisane do podstawy wynagrodzenia. Na razie związkowcy odchodzą od czynnych protestów i wracają do rozmów – następnym krokiem będzie przedwyborcza debata z „jedynkami” z okręgów słupskiego i gdańskiego.
