Weszła w życie nowela ustawy krajobrazowej
Samorządy zyskały narzędzie do walki z reklamami szpecącymi ulice i pobocza dróg – weszła w życie nowela ustawy krajobrazowej. Przewidziano w niej także kary za nielegalne reklamy.
– Razi szczególnie duża liczba reklam – mówi sołtys Chwaszczyna Jolanta Wiercińska.
Ustalono je jako czterdziestokrotność opłat reklamowych ustalanych przez gminy. Ponadto ustawa daje samorządom możliwość uchwalenia lokalnego kodeksu reklamowego, w którym ustalą zasady umieszczania m.in. banerów i ulotek. Ustawa definiuje też pojęcie reklamy, szyldu i krajobrazu. Nowe przepisy chwalą w Chwaszczynie w gminie Żukowo – mieszkańcy tej wsi już wcześniej walczyli o uporządkowanie przestrzeni publicznej. Według nowych przepisów za nielegalną reklamę zapłaci ten kto ją powiesił. Jeśli nie można go namierzyć, karą obarczony zostanie właściciel nieruchomości. – Ustawa cieszy ale na jej efekty trzeba jeszcze będzie poczekać radny gminy Żukowo Jacek Fopke. Nowa ustawa o ochronie krajobrazu nałożyła też na samorząd wojewódzki audytu krajobrazowego. Mają być w nim zdefiniowane obszary krajobrazów priorytetowych, dla których sejmik województwa będzie mógł ustalić normy dotyczących wysokości, kształtu budynków i ewentualnego stosowania materiałów miejscowych lub tradycyjnej architektury.
