Wycieczki wykupione w ofercie „last minute” można reklamować, przed podpisaniem umowy warto dokładnie ją przeczytać – pamiętajmy wybierając się na wczasy z biurem podróży.
Według badania zleconego przez UOKIK przed wakacjami ponad jedna trzecia mieszkańców Polski na letni wypoczynek wyjeżdża z touroperatorem. Pod koniec sierpnia biura kuszą okazjami „last minute”, ale choć decydujemy się wyjechać w ostatniej chwili warto doprecyzować w umowie takie określenia jak: spokojna okolica, niedaleko plaży czy pokój z widokiem. Według badań prowadzonych przez Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów coraz więcej osób czyta umowy przed podpisaniem – w 2012 roku było to 50 proc. ankietowanych, teraz już dwie trzecie. Coraz więcej osób wie także, że wycieczkę można reklamować w terminie 30 dni od jej zakończenia.
Reklamować możemy nie tylko niezgodną z umową kategorię hotelu, ale zgubiony bagaż, opóźniony samolot, dłuższą odległość od plaży i inne nieprawidłowości. Reklamację należy zgłosić na piśmie u organizatora wyjazdu, żądając zmniejszenia ceny.
