Fotoradary tylko dla Inspekcji Transportu Drogowego
Fotoradary nie mogą być narzędziem reperowania lokalnych budżetów – mówią senatorzy, którzy w piątek poparli sejmową ustawę odbierającą strażom gminnym i miejskim przeprowadzanie kontroli fotoradarowych.
Część senatorów chciała pozostawić strażnikom jedynie urządzenia stacjonarne, ale i ta poprawka nie zyskała głosu większości. Zgodnie z przyjętą nowelizacją od nowego roku za kontrolę fotoradarową będzie odpowiadała jedynie Inspekcja Transportu Drogowego. Ustawę podpisać musi jeszcze prezydent. Nowe przepisy mają wejść w życie od stycznia przyszłego roku.
