Darmowe podręczniki dla klas I, II i IV podstawówek i I gimnazjum
Cieszą się w tym roku rodzice dzieci, które pójdą do klasy I, II i IV szkoły podstawowej oraz pierwszej gimnazjum. Ministerstwo Edukacji zapewni im darmowe podręczniki i ćwiczenia. Zakupić z własnych środków będą musieli jedynie książki do przedmiotów nieobowiązkowych.
– To ogromne przedsięwzięcie dla szkół – mówi dyrektor Biura Placówek Oświatowych w Kościerzynie Alicja Kirstein.
Do uczniów klas pierwszej i drugiej szkoły podstawowej trafi przygotowany przez MEN podręcznik, a na zakup ćwiczeń szkoła otrzyma na każde dziecko 50 zł oraz 25 zł na zakup podręcznika do nauki języka obcego. Szkoły będą musiały zapewnić też podręczniki uczniom czwartych klas podstawówki i pierwszej gimnazjum. Na ich zakup otrzymają odpowiednio 140 i 250 zł na każdego ucznia.
Zakupione podręczniki mają służyć uczniom szkoły przez kolejne 3 lata. Jeśli dziecko zniszczy podręcznik za jego odkupienie zapłacą rodzice. W tym roku pierwszoklasiści otrzymają książki używane już przez poprzedni rocznik. Ich jakość nie była najlepsza – przyznaje Alicja Kirstein. Darmowe podręczniki dla kolejnych klas mają być wprowadzane stopniowo. Wszyscy uczniowie szkół podstawowych i gimnazjum otrzymają je w roku szkolnym 2017/18.
