Mieszkania dla młodych także z rynku wtórnego
Prezydent RP podpisał nowelę ustawy o pomocy państwa w nabyciu pierwszego mieszkania przez młodych ludzi.
Do tej pory z dofinansowania wkładu własnego można było skorzystać wyłącznie kupując mieszkanie lub dom na rynku pierwotnym. Nowelizacja zwiększa ofertę do lokali z rynku wtórnego, będących przedmiotem spółdzielczego prawa własnościowego oraz utworzonych w wyniku przebudowy istniejących budynków. Zgodnie ze zmianami wzrośnie też wsparcie dla osób i rodzin z dziećmi. Dopłatę do kredytu na zakup mieszkania podniesiono z 15 do 20 proc. w przypadku dwojga dzieci, dla trojga i więcej do 30 proc.
Dodatkowo dla takich rodzin przewidziano zniesienie górnej granicy wieku – 35 lat oraz wymogu nieposiadania wcześniej własności mieszkania. Dodatkowo dla rodzin wychowujących co najmniej troje dzieci przewidziano zwiększenie z 50 do 65 metrów kwadratowych powierzchni mieszkaniowej, od której byłaby liczona dopłata do wkładu własnego. Ustawa wejdzie w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
