Nie będzie wysokich kar za nielegalną wycinkę drzew
Za tydzień wejdą w życie znowelizowane przepisy dotyczące ochrony środowiska.
Bez odpowiedniego dokumentu pozbędziemy się drzew i krzewów z naszych ogródków, a także drzew obumarłych i powalonych przez wiatr. Łatwiej będzie też uzyskać zezwolenie w pozostałych przypadkach, bo liczyć się będzie obwód pnia, a nie trudny do określenia wiek drzewa. Zmniejszą się również opłaty i kary za nielegalne wycinki. Jak mówi Zbigniew Lemańczyk z wydziału gospodarki przestrzennej gminy Brusy, nowe regulacje pomogą zarówno urzędom, jak i zwykłym ludziom. W znowelizowanych przepisach wprowadzono też zwolnienie z opłat w przypadku usuwania tzw. samosiewu z nieużytkowanych gruntów. Ustawa wejdzie w życie w przyszłym tygodniu.
