Gminy będą mogły przyznawać dodatkowe świadczenia rodzinne
Gminy będą mogły przyznawać własne, dodatkowe świadczenia rodzinne swoim mieszkańcom. Umożliwi to nowelizowana właśnie ustawa, która jednocześnie rozszerza przyznanie tak zwanego „becikowego” również dla osób bezrobotnych, studentów, rolników i osób pracujących na umowach o dzieło.
– Będzie to na pewno uzależnione od budżetów samorządów – ocenia zastępca wójta gminy Kościerzyna Grzegorz Świtała.
Na wniosek Ministerstwa Pracy i Polityki Społecznej nowelizowane prawo rozszerzono o kolejną możliwość dla gmin. Uchwałą Rady Gminy będą one mogły wprowadzać dodatkowe świadczenia związane z rodzinami wielodzietnymi czy urodzeniem dziecka. Nowelizowane prawo ma wejść w życie z początkiem przyszłego roku.
