Tropikalne upały nadciągają na Kaszuby. W weekend termometry mają wskazać nawet 36 stopni Celsjusza. Lekarze i ratownicy apelują o rozwagę.
Przed nadmiernym przebywaniem nad słońcu należy przede wszystkim chronić dzieci, osoby starsze i chore. W upalne dni najlepiej między godziną 10 a 16tą nie wychodzić z domu, a jeśli to nie możliwe starać się przebywać w cieniu. Gdy temperatura sięga już 30 stopni Celsjusza zwiększa się ryzyko udaru cieplnego i przegrzania organizmu. O ostrożność nad wodą apeluje też policja. Od maja w całej Polsce utonęło już 80 osób, a główną przyczyną są zazwyczaj alkohol i brawura. Osoby, które w czasie upałów będą odczuwać ból, zawroty głowy, osłabienie, nudności, wymioty czy kurcze mięśni powinny zgłosić się do lekarza.
